  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Absolutely!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most US and Canada orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International deliveries may take between 4 to 45 business days.

    PLEASE NOTE: due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary. Contact me if your order hasn't arrived within 1 month of estimated delivery.

  • My item arrived damaged/got lost in the mail/wasn't delivered!

    Orders are non-refundable once shipped out.

    One-time replacements can be sent at no cost (upon item availability) in case you receive a damaged item or your item got lost. If the item isn't available in stock, the order will be partially refunded for the cost of the item, but any further items and the shipping will not be refunded.

    If your replacement order does not arrive either, please contact me with all details regarding your order so we can figure out a solution.

    All communication in regards to damaged/lost/undelivered orders must be done through email ([email protected]).
